With several mouse clicks in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel, you can switch between 5 different security levels. If you still get spam messages or the spam filters start preventing legitimate emails from reaching your mailbox, you can switch to a different level just as easily. The efficiency of our spam protection service is ensured by one of the most famous email filters – SpamAssassin. If you don’t want to risk missing a genuine message that may be considered as spam owing to its content, you can also configure custom spam filters based on the sender, the subject or the body of the email message and re-send the emails to a separate mailbox where you can review them at a later time.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Hosting
In case you use one of our semi-dedicated hosting, you won’t need to worry about junk messages filling up your mailboxes every once in a while, as you can resort to the popular SpamAssassin anti-spam filter that we provide with each and every semi-dedicated server account. Our custom-developed Hepsia hosting Control Panel will allow you to activate the filter for any email account with several mouse clicks and you can select one of the five levels of security – from very low to very high. The level can be altered at any moment if, for example, genuine messages get blocked, or if spam messages go through and appear in your inbox. To be on the safe side, you can choose all filtered emails to be delivered to a special mailbox like firstname.lastname@example.org and not to be deleted. Thus, you can check them from time to time to ensure that you have not omitted an authentic email message.
